How does it workThere are two ways to join OTB, and let me say right from the start that both are effective and will bring results, but it all depends on how you like to work.
The OTB2021 FULL PROGRAM runs over a period of 8 months in a closed facebook group, where I'm constantly present to work alongside you, solve issues, develop projects, offer advice and extra help every day. Every month, you get access to a full module of recordings to work on.. They are all audio recordings that you can easily listen to even if you have a ton of editing to do, or driving, or... laundry. Because I know what life is like. We also meet face to face in a monthly zoom call, where we dig deeper into that month's module and discuss everybody's progress, unravel struggles and celebrate victories. The calls are recorded, so if you miss one you can always get it later, and then post your own questions in the group. You also get a 1:1 call with me in the first month, so I can get to know you better, understand your unique issues regarding your business, and help you more effectively throughout the program. The MODULE PROGRAM gives you access to the same exact recorded modules, but you'll go through the program at your own pace and in your own time. Working together in depth through all the modules of OTB over a period of 8 months.
Every month we tackle a new module, we get to work, and then come back to share results, issues, discoveries, ideas, developments, victories. Working in a group is by far the best way to get into every aspect of every module, as each member will add unique ideas or challenges that will make the learning experience so much richer. It also makes you accountable, gives you precise direction, and allows you to dig deep in every aspect of your business. It also gives you the chance to ask any question you may have and seek help for any problem. face to face zoom callsEvery month we'll have a group video call, which will be recorded and accessible to everyone for the duration of the course.
Every session will tackle one module, and every participant will be taking part, bringing their own work and challenges to the discussion, including a hot-seat time to review their previous month's work. Each session is a full-immersion exercise in that month's topic and will last up to 2 hours (we'll take all the time we need). your 1:1 callDuring the first month, each participant will also get a personal call with me, so that I can get to know them better and help with their specific needs and challenges. It will also help me to customise the program more specifically to the group.

How much does it cost to join?The question to ask yourself is actually "How much does it cost NOT to join?".
It's hard to say, because everyone's situation is different, but if we look at past OTB members, we can safely state that everyone who put into practice even part of the trainings (and I'll be right there to kick you into action!) have on average doubled their income (if not in the first year then definitely in the second), found better ways to work smarter, halved their stress levels, and most of all found clarity on their vision for the future and what they wanted to build. This is not a short-term game, we're here to build something that will sustain our lives and our families over the next 10-20 years and longer! We have time and space to grow, as long as we're not constantly struggling to avoid closing up shop. Quite a few OTB photographers were on the verge of quitting, and had completely lost their enthusiasm because of years of struggles. But in a few months, they've rebooted with new energy and opportunities. Small successes, one after the other, to consolidate larger objectives. FAQ
How hard will it be to keep up with the program? Some of these months will be busy months, I'm afraid I might fall behind.
The reason we'll tackle one module a month is precisely to allow you to work through each one with enough time to actually get the work done. Of course, there's no magic wand... you do have to put in a few hours, but part of OTB is also about having a better workflow and schedule time more effectively! If you're committed to dedicate just a few hours a week to your business, you will not fall behind. Also, there will be some sessions where you'll be ahead of the game, and might just need to make a few changes or tweaks, and others where you'll have to do more, so each month you will be able to compensate.
I already attended an OTB workshop, is this for me?
You've already heard some of the lessons, but of course we go much deeper in 2020 Vision because we have months to work together. Not only are the trainings more extensive, but the support and additional trainings in the group will provide all you need to actually do the work more easily and effectively.
I really really want to do this, but don't have the budget right now... can I pay in smaller instalments?
Absolutely. Never, EVER let money stop you from growing. I can almost guarantee that the moment you take a brave step to invest in yourself, unexpected work and money will come to cover it. However, there are different payment options to spread the cost and make it easier to manage. It can be as little as £ 95 a month!
